BuildForward™ was created to solve a problem we saw repeatedly at major engineering firms: climate data that engineers can't use.
During years at WSP, Arup, Ramboll, and other firms, our team spent weeks per project translating climate model outputs into defensible design values, downloading terabytes of data, applying bias correction, computing site-specific statistics. Even with deep climate science expertise, the workflow was time-intensive.
